Refund Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026 · Effective: June 21, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work on Just Frank, operated by QX Holdings Inc.(“Just Frank,” “we,” “us”). It is part of our Terms of Service. There are two different kinds of payment on Just Frank, and the rules differ for each.

1. Workspace subscriptions (you pay Just Frank)

If you run a community, you pay Just Frank for your workspace subscription. These charges are handled directly by us through our payment processor, Stripe.

  • Free trial. New workspaces start with a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
  • Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings (Billing). Cancelling stops all future charges. Your workspace stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Past charges. Payments for billing periods that have already started are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a period after you cancel.
  • Billing errors. If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, a charge after a timely cancellation, or an amount that does not match your plan — contact us and we will investigate and correct it, including issuing a refund where appropriate.

2. Community memberships (you pay a community owner)

If you join a paid community as a member, your payment goes to that community’s owner (the “Host”), not to Just Frank. We process the payment on the Host’s behalf through Stripe, but the Host — not Just Frank — sets the price and the refund terms for their community.

  • Refunds for a community membership are at the discretion of the community owner, subject to their stated terms and to applicable consumer-protection law.
  • To request a membership refund, contact the community owner first. Most communities have a contact or support channel inside the community.
  • If you cannot reach the owner, or you believe a charge was fraudulent or made in error, contact us and we will help mediate where we can.
  • Cancelling a paid membership stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@itsjustfrank.com from the email address on your account. Include the charge date, the amount, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank or card issuer — we can almost always resolve it faster directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of the affected account while the dispute is reviewed.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country, province, or state. Where those laws give you stronger rights than this policy, those laws apply.
